The first hour is offered free of charge to see if the student and I get along and to discuss the details of future lessons.
Contracts and Cancellations
Most of my clients are expat families whose situation can change rapidly. To offer them the greatest flexibility there are no long term contracts.
It is best to send a notice of any upcoming change to the lesson schedule (e.g. illness, trips) as early as possible. However, as long as it is more than 24 hours in advance there are no cancellation fees.
Payment
GEcours invoices are sent on a regular schedule, typically weekly or monthly. These include the Swiss standard-compliant QR-bill on the second page, payable with any bank in Switzerland.
Alternatively, the invoice can be paid by:
- Credit or Debit card: In person or online
- Wallet app (Apple, Google, etc.)
- Cash.
